Meet Off The Record, a provider of free, confidential and independent services for children and young people to improves the emotional health and well being of young people in Bath & North East Somerset. They offer 1-to-1 listening support, facilitate groups to give young people a voice locally, and provide a space to allow young people to be their self.
This year (2019) OTR is turning 25, the team decided that it was a good opportunity to update their brand and prepare it for the next 25.

After chatting through the strengths of their existing brand and discussing where they felt it didn’t match their – after all a lot can change in 25 years! We got to work and presented a number of initial ideas.
After sharing the options with the users of their services and other key people, the strongest design was chosen, had a few adjustments and the alternative colourways for the different groups were created. Once again, the users had their say and we adapted the logos to match.
As a past user of their services, I was delighted to have this opportunity to help Off The Record update their image and bring more eyes onto the amazing work they do within the Bath community.

Just want to say thank you so much for our new logo & style guide! Our new logo is fab and we can’t wait to get it out there!!
And a massive thank you for your kindness and patience with us throughout this whole journey – you have been amazing & it has been a pleasure to have you help create our new look.
